Lymphatic
A lymphatic massage (also called lymphatic drainage massage) is a gentle, specialized technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and support the body’s natural detoxification process. Unlike deeper massage styles, this treatment uses very light, rhythmic strokes and soft pumping movements to encourage the flow of lymph fluid throughout the body. The therapist focuses on key lymph node areas—such as the neck, armpits, and groin—to help remove excess fluids, toxins, and waste. Lymphatic massage is often recommended for reducing swelling (edema), improving circulation, supporting the immune system, and aiding recovery after surgery or injury. It can also help with water retention and promote a feeling of lightness in the body. The experience is deeply relaxing and soothing rather than intense. After a session, many people notice reduced puffiness, improved circulation, and an overall sense of calm and well-being.
